The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background along with hands-on civil construction experience and is comfortable working across EV, data center, and telecom environments.Key Responsibilities Be onsite for electrical inspections and project requirements Pull and terminate electrical wire Wire switchgear and associated electrical equipment Wire and install EV charging stations Install and wire CT cabinets Install electrical conduit and raceway systems Read and work from electrical drawings, plans, and specifications Support electrical work associated with EV auto/drone infrastructure Support ILA and modular data center projects Support telecom-related electrical scopes of work Coordinate electrical activities with civil construction and field teams Oversee and provide direction to apprentice electricians while onsite Verify work is completed safely and in accordance with project specifications and applicable electrical codes Assist with troubleshooting, testing, inspections, and project closeout as required Qualifications: Qualifications Current Journeyman Electrician license applicable to work in Texas Hands-on commercial/industrial electrical experience Experience with switchgear, CT cabinets, conduit installation, wire pulling, and electrical terminations Previous experience overseeing or directing apprentice electricians Civil construction experience strongly preferred EV charging, data center, telecom, or infrastructure construction experience preferred Ability to read electrical drawings and construction plans Strong understanding of electrical safety practices and applicable codes Ability to travel approximately 50% based on project needs Valid driver's license and ability to work at various project locations Comfortable with project-based and variable work schedules Compensation$35–$45/hour, based on experience and qualifications.This is a Part-Time / Project-Based opportunity designed for an experienced Journeyman Electrician interested in supporting specialized infrastructure projects as work becomes available.
