Job Title: IT Coordinator
Security Clearance: DOE L (or DoD Secret or higher equivalent)
Location: Naval Reactors Facility (NRF), Idaho
(Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.)

Description:
C3EL is seeking an IT Coordinator to provide on-site IT support to Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office (NRLFO) personnel at the Idaho Branch Office, Naval Reactors Facility (NRF), Idaho. This position serves as a hands-on IT support and coordination resource responsible for user support, IT asset and software coordination, ticket management, telecommunications support, project coordination, and IT process improvement. Â
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide direct IT support and coordinate support with site IT organizations.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain hardware/software knowledgebase information.
- Coordinate asset delivery, tracking, installation, documentation, and refresh activities.
- Support software installation and configuration.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate connectivity and non-enterprise system issues.
- Monitor Remedy tickets and drive resolution within established SLAs.
- Identify recurring IT problems and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support voice, data, video conferencing, webcams, telephony, and related communications technologies.
- Track IT projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Provide weekly management status briefings.

 Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOE L clearance. (DoD Secret or higher clearance reciprocity may be utilized while DOE adjudication is being completed.)
- Project management experience.
- Microsoft certification or demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing.Â

- Experience with software-development processes.
- Systems administration knowledge including Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Strong customer-service skills.
- Experience resolving IT issues and improving processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating among internal and external organizations.
- Experience developing IT policies and processes.Â

Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR at least four years of relevant experience.
