- Marketing & Communications: Support the development and execution of annual and monthly marketing, communications and content calendars across Tamara Haus, cultural programming, tenants and activations.
- Social Media: Manage day-to-day social media execution, including scheduling, posting, captions, community management, Stories and real-time event coverage, in coordination with the Graphic Designer and Content Creator.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate marketing campaigns for exhibitions, events, partnerships and seasonal initiatives, managing briefs, timelines, assets, approvals and external agencies.
- PR & Media: Maintain media databases, coordinate press outreach, prepare press releases and press kits, facilitate media requests, and track press coverage.
- Content & Editorial: Coordinate content production and shoots, maintain the content archive, draft copy for social media, newsletters and event communications, and repurpose content across platforms.
- Partnerships, Proposals & Presentations: Coordinate communications, assets and deliverables with partners, sponsors and tenants; draft presentations and decks for partners, exhibitions and proposals; and prepare draft quotations, proposals and offers for commercial events.
- Reporting & Research: Track social, campaign and PR performance; prepare monthly reports; and conduct research into relevant media, cultural platforms, potential collaborators and industry trends.
