- Define the vision and roadmap for Oracle ERP systems, aligning with the company's business objectives.
- Stay informed of evolving Oracle technologies and trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, and DBA teams.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (Financials, Supply Chain, HR, MRP, etc.) and integration capabilities.
- Drive seamless coordination between technical teams, business analysts, and end-users for optimal outcomes.
- Oversee large-scale Oracle ERP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
- Manage external technical audits and ensure compliance with security standards and internal processes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their application for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Drive process automation and optimization using Oracle tools and integrations.
- Shaping the broader IT strategy beyond Oracle ERP, such as integrating with analytics platforms or enhancing business intelligence.
- Provide third-level support for Oracle applications, managing incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Oversee data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, and transformation processes.
- Ensure the ERP environment meets compliance and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Advanced certifications in Oracle EBS modules and/or Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Proven track record in managing Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS architecture, middleware, and database components.
- Previous experience in Oracle Fusion and OCI cloud environments is a must.
- Experience With Apex is a must.
- Pharma industry experience is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, especially Financials, Supply Chain, HR, and MRP.
- Experience with workflow development, customization, and configuration.
- Expertise in data migration, system integration, and troubleshooting.
- Global or regional ERP experience is preferred.
