Establish and manage the project risk-management framework, processes, and reporting cycle.
Develop, maintain, and regularly update the project risk register.
Facilitate risk-identification workshops with project, consultant, contractor, and client stakeholders.
Assess risk probability, impact, ownership, mitigation measures, and residual exposure.
Monitor mitigation-action implementation and escalate overdue or high-exposure risks.
Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis where required.
Prepare periodic risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for project leadership.
Integrate risk inputs with planning, cost, commercial, and project-controls reporting.
Support management in making timely, risk-informed decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
At least 3 years of dedicated experience in project risk management and risk assessment.
Proven experience on infrastructure, utilities, or large capital projects.
Strong knowledge of risk registers, risk workshops, mitigation planning, and risk governance.
RMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred. PMP is an advantage.
Experience in Quantitative Risk Analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, and risk-based decision-making is preferred.
Strong stakeholder-management, facilitation, reporting, and communication skills.
