-Handle and convert inbound leads from prospective students.

-Advise customers on study-abroad and language-learning programs.

-Communicate with prospects through phone calls, emails, video meetings, and face-to-face consultations.

-Use the CRM system to manage leads and customer interactions.

-Achieve individual and team sales targets.

-Provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process.

-Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, Education, or Travel is preferred.

-Degree in Business, Languages, Tourism, Marketing, or related field is preferable.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
