Responsibilities:

- Preparing,reviewing, and presenting accurate financial statements, including balancesheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with GAAPand IFRS.
- Analyzingactivities to identify trends, optimizing costs, and supporting revenue growthinitiatives.
- Establishingand maintaining robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets andensure the integrity of financial data.
- Coordinating external audit processes, addressing and resolving auditqueries in a timely manner.
- Ensuringcompletion of statutory financial statements and disclosures in line withregulatory requirements.
- Handling tax-related activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns,ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborating cross-functional support for financial planning, budgeting,and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- IFRSis Plus.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Strongknowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliancestandards.
- Proficiencyin using accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency in company/tax laws and regulations.
