    We are seeking a talented FF&E Designer to join our team and bring creative vision to life. In this role, you’ll collaborate on diverse projects, from design concepts to furnishing and styling, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and propose furniture, fixtures, and accent styles that align with project concepts.
  • Develop mood boards, furniture layouts, and FF&E presentations.
  • Create fully furnished plans and set the design style for projects.
  • Prepare technical drawings for custom furniture manufacturing (e.g., cabinets, kitchens, bar backdrops, TV units).
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and durability, and develop physical material boards.
  • Prepare FF&E sheets detailing specifications, quantities, and dimensions.
  • Work with local and international suppliers to prepare project budgets.
  • Provide creative, cost-effective solutions while preserving design integrity.
  • Oversee furniture and dĂ©cor selections, ensuring harmony across all pieces.
  • Manage delivery logistics and coordinate on-site furnishing and styling.
  • Address last-minute adjustments and site-specific needs to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay updated on market trends, materials, and design innovations.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of supplier networks and emerging design trends.


  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Passion for design, with an eye for detail and harmony in selections.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and suppliers.
