Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services in educational settings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, visual-motor, and functional school skills
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Provide consultation and recommendations to school staff to support student success in the classroom

Requirements

Active Ohio Occupational Therapist License
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Ohio Department of Education credentials, if required
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
School-based experience preferred, but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
