Job Details: Job Location: Caledonia , MI 49316, Position Type: Full Time, Travel Percentage: Instate multi-clinic travel, We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team at Michigan Ear, Nose and Throat.  We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to our patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in ENT medical care, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care.    Key Responsibilities:  Provide high-quality diagnostic patient care  Conduct patient assessments, evaluate symptoms, and develop care plans in collaboration with our team of ENT specialists  Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately to define appropriate treatment plans  Educate patients and their families about treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative recovery.  Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations  Collaborate with our audiologists and speech pathologists and outside healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.   Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance ENT care knowledge and skills.  Evaluation and Management of patients  Ability to work independently and as a team with patients, staff, and providers.   What makes us different?  Monday to Friday Schedule (8 am-5 pm), 1st call one week monthly.  A generous salary.  A great benefits package with PTO and CME funds  Training and support for new grads or new to the setting.  Supportive leadership team to optimize operations, marketing, HR, IT, billing, compliance, community outreach, and so much more!    Qualifications you will need:  Current Physician Assistant certification in the state of Michigan.  Preference for a one-year experience as a Physician Assistant in an ENT clinic or graduate of an ENT program.  Strong communication and collaboration skills, patient care abilities, and diagnostic skills  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment  Commitment to high-quality patient care  Benefits:  Competitive Salary and Benefits Package Opportunities for Professional Development and Continuing Medical Education  State-of-the-Art Facilities and Technology  Paid Time Off  Join us in delivering excellent patient care and advancing your career in a respected and supportive environment.  We are enthusiastic about welcoming a new member to our team who shares our commitment to excellence and compassionate care.  We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
