The Associate Director, HCP Personal Promotion will develop and drive the strategy,Ā planningĀ and execution of healthcare providerĀ (HCP)Ā personal promotion activities in support of the successful commercialization of Intellia's gene editing therapy for HAE.Ā Ā 

Ā 

ThisĀ is a criticalĀ role within the Commercial organization, responsible for building and executing a best-in-class personal promotion model across field channels in preparation for theĀ anticipatedĀ launch of the first ever in-vivo gene editing therapy.Ā Ā 

Ā 

Duties/ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Lead the development and implementation ofĀ aĀ tactical marketing plan to create a differentiated brand experience,Ā with a focus onĀ personal promotion, that drives HCP engagement and rapid product uptakeĀ Ā 

  • Oversee the development of all HCPĀ personal promotion materials, ensuringĀ consistency andĀ alignment with brand identity and brand messaging. Ensure that all materialsĀ areĀ reviewedĀ and approvedĀ by CMLRĀ 

  • Define and developĀ HCP Peer-to-Peer strategy andĀ execution,Ā lead development ofĀ program content and speaker trainingĀ 

  • LeadĀ development ofĀ CommercialĀ HCP Congress strategyĀ includingĀ sponsorship and booth strategy, partner closely with Marketing OperationsĀ onĀ congressĀ execution.Ā 

  • Collaborate with Field Training in development of sales trainingĀ planĀ toĀ deliver on brandĀ objectivesĀ andĀ successfully train on field resources,Ā deliver and supportĀ trainingĀ as neededĀ Ā 

  • Partner with theĀ Digital Marketing LeadĀ onĀ digital efforts to engage and educate HCPsĀ with an emphasis onĀ definingĀ andĀ optimizingĀ rep-led communicationsĀ (e.g.Ā rep-triggered email)Ā 

  • Oversee the direction and deliverables of multiple priorities, ensuring internal stakeholder alignment across agency partners and cross-functional partnersĀ Ā 

  • Manage external agency partners, ensuringĀ timelyĀ and budget-conscious execution of marketing initiativesĀ

  • DemonstratedĀ strong working partnerships with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, Patient Services, Commercial Operations, Legal, Regulatory, IT, and external agenciesĀ Ā 

  • ProvenĀ track recordĀ of collaboration and coordination with key internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to influence without formal authorityĀ 

  • Strong scientific/medical aptitude, communicates complex scientific/medical concepts clearly and conciselyĀ 

  • Self-starterĀ with excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize workload andĀ maintainĀ high attention to detailĀ 

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills;Ā ability to articulate a point of view succinctly and effectively to senior leaders and external customersĀ 

  • Ability to analyze data andĀ identifyĀ insights to create compelling messagesĀ 

  • Experience managing complex projects through the Promotional Review Committee processĀ to approvalĀ 

  • A provenĀ track recordĀ of accountability and delivering resultsĀ

  • ProficiencyĀ in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Ā

Education / CertificationsĀ 

  • Bachelor’s degreeĀ required;Ā MBA preferred.Ā

ExperienceĀ 

  • 5+ years ofĀ broadĀ biopharmaceutical industry experience, with at leastĀ 2Ā years of dedicated experience within US marketingĀ 

  • StrongĀ track recordĀ in developingĀ HCP speaker programsĀ /Ā peer-to-peer strategiesĀ Ā 

  • Experience in competitive rare/specialty markets isĀ requiredĀ Ā 

  • Prior US launch experience isĀ requiredĀ

The base salary for this position is expected to range between $0.00 - $500,000.00 USD per year.

The salary offered is determined based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant education and training, overall related experience, specialized, rare or in-demand skill sets, internal comparators and other business needs. Upon joining Intellia, your salary will be reviewed periodically and additional factors such as time in role and performance will be considered. Intellia may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.

Additional compensation includes a performance-based annual cash bonus, a new hire equity grant, and eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards the value of which are determined annually at the Company’s discretion.
