Job Description
As theĀ Operational Excellence LeadĀ for the joint USBU and OBU DD&TĀ organization,Ā you will report to the Head of Portfolio Strategy & Operational Excellence.Ā Ā In this role,Ā you willĀ beĀ accountable for leading all operational excellence activities acrossĀ this new, integratedĀ organization, includingĀ contract managementĀ and interfacing with budget management teams, annual operating calendar management, teamĀ coordination, meeting logistics, and rolling out and embedding operational excellence skills and capabilities across teamsĀ -Ā with the objective of upskilling colleagues to run lean, efficient, and effective teams.Ā

Build trusted relationships with the USBU and OBU DD&T Team, BU and DD&T Strategy and Operations teams, Finance, and Procurement partners toĀ establishĀ simple, transparent ways of working andĀ driveĀ continuous improvement.Ā
MonitoringĀ overall USBU and OBU DD&T ways of workingĀ to driveĀ productivity and predictability in operating rhythms.Ā
Drives operational excellence framework and capabilities across allĀ USBU and OBU DD&T teams.Ā
Owns the Annual Operating Calendar for USBU and OBU DD&T that integrates business planning milestones and enterprise DD&T operating model cadence.Ā
EstablishesĀ and drivesĀ process and ways of working for contract management,Ā collaboration with budget managers, and forecasting acrossĀ entireĀ team.Ā
IdentifiesĀ opportunitiesĀ to simplifyĀ processes,Ā operationalize repeatable work across the organization, leverage enterpriseĀ toolsĀ andĀ processesĀ to drive productivity.Ā Ā
Responsible forĀ operatingĀ theĀ end-to-endĀ processĀ for contract management acrossĀ organization.Ā

Boston, MAU.S. Base Salary Range:
$116,000.00 - $182,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.āÆThe actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.Ā
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.Ā
