Job DetailsJob Location: Cambridge Campus - Cambridge, MA 02140Salary Range: $55.00 - $55.00 HourlyThe International School of Boston is looking for two soccer coaches to join our Middle School and High School soccer programs for the upcoming fall season. We are looking for coaches who are interested in contributing to the continued development of our soccer program, while providing our students with a positive and engaging environment in which they can improve individually and collectively. What we are looking for Ability to communicate effectively in English; French is a plus Previous soccer coaching experience Good knowledge of the game and an interest in player development Ability to plan and lead structured, varied, and engaging training sessions that keep students active and motivated Ability to organize sessions around a clear idea of how the team should play Good communication and organizational skills A positive approach and the ability to work with students of different levels Some afternoon availability, particularly on game days Schedule Middle School: practices primarily in the afternoon High School: practices primarily in the evening, with a Saturday morning practice Some games require an early departure from school, usually around 2:00 p.m. Season: Early September to early November Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts We are looking for coaches who would enjoy working with our students and contributing to the continued development of the ISB soccer program.
