Job Details: Job Location: Geer Woods Inc. - Canaan, CT 06018, Concierge / Receptionist North Canaan, CTThe Lodge at Geer Village Senior Community is seeking a Concierge / Receptionist to coordinate personal services for all residents, family members, visitors, and the general public. Services include, reservations, greeting visitors, and directing residents and family members to the proper personnel for follow-through requests.Essential Functions Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel or resident. Acknowledge and greet all residents and visitors in a timely manner and respond to questions regarding services, building issues and events. General administrative and clerical support. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School Diploma required.Experience: One to three years receptionist, clerical or customer service experience preferredPart timeWork Schedule includes every other weekend.Qualifications:
