Services include, reservations, greeting visitors, and directing residents and family members to the proper personnel for follow-through requests.Essential Functions Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel or resident. Acknowledge and greet all residents and visitors in a timely manner and respond to questions regarding services, building issues and events. General administrative and clerical support.
