Paid time off, paid holidays Employee discounts on parts, service, and vehicle purchases   INDSJBR   Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience (dealership or independent shop) ASE certifications a plus Strong diagnostic ability Team-oriented mindset with a positive, no-drama attitude Experience performing used vehicle reconditioning, including: Brakes, suspension, steering components Engine repairs and maintenance Transmission service Cooling systems Electrical troubleshooting Ability to complete multi-point inspections thoroughly and accurately Solid understanding of used car recon standards and turnaround time expectations Comfortable working on multiple makes and models (domestic and import)   All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.  The company is an equal opportunity employer.
