If you enjoy helping others, building relationships with customers, and representing a trusted local dealership, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs a Delivery/Shuttle Driver, you'll play an important role in delivering the exceptional experience our customers expect from Liberty Ford. Responsibilities include: Safely transporting customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other destinations while their vehicles are being serviced. Supporting Ford's Pickup & Delivery program, a convenient and complimentary service that allows customers to have their vehicles serviced without leaving home. You'll help transport customer vehicles to and from the dealership, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Providing friendly, courteous, and professional customer service during every interaction. Maintaining shuttle vehicles in a clean and presentable condition. Coordinating transportation needs with service advisors and other team members. Following all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and dealership procedures.What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to assist others. Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
