Position: Orthotic Fitter

Location: Cape Girardeau, MO

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00/hour (pending experience)

We are seeking a healthcare professional to select, fit, and adjust orthotic devices. The Orthotic fitter will educate patients on their use and function. We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills and exceptional technical ability. 

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and fit custom orthotic devices that help patients achieve their mobility and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide personalized care by adapting orthotic solutions to each patient's unique condition and needs.
• Maintain an organized workflow to ensure timely patient appointments, fittings, and device delivery.
• Uphold a commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patients requiring higher levels of care receive appropriate referrals.
• Contribute to team success by assisting with projects and other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as an Orthotic Fitter
• Certification with ABC/BOC preferred
