A hands-on opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support online sales and product operations for an upmarket and established decor business. Operating as a key link between digital orders and physical stock, this position ensures order accuracy, product quality, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
The role is based in Cape Town, splitting time between the Tamboerskloof outlet and the warehouse. The successful candidate will transition smoothly between administrative desk duties and practical warehouse tasks.
Requirements
Process website orders and generate transport quotes efficiently.
Conduct stock checks prior to packing to verify item condition and accuracy against order details.
Assist with the physical packing of customer orders.
Handle dispatch operations, including the generation of waybills and booking couriers.
Measure and record product and packaging dimensions.
Perform quality inspections to identify any product faults.
Assist with processing product imagery and review online product descriptions for accuracy.
Update product information across systems as required.
Pastel experience would be advantageous.
