Senior ERP Transformation Lead – IFS Cloud

About the Offer

We are currently looking for a Senior ERP Transformation Lead – IFS Cloud to lead a large-scale business and ERP modernisation initiative for a major Nordic enterprise. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

This is a high-impact leadership assignment with direct exposure to executive stakeholders. You will own a strategic programme moving legacy IFS environments to IFS Cloud across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement & Supplier Management and enterprise-wide business processes. The goal goes beyond modernising the ERP landscape: it includes transforming business processes, governance and ways of working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.

Key Details:

Rate: up to 43 EUR/h (B2B)
Work Model: 100% remote, full-time (37.5h/week)
Location: Remote (client based in Finland)
Start: ASAP
Recruitment process: interview with our partner, followed by interviews with the end client

Responsibilities:

Lead a complex ERP transformation programme end-to-end
Drive the migration from legacy IFS to IFS Cloud
Act as the bridge between business and technology teams
Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
Establish governance, alignment and decision-making across the organisation
Lead change management and business transformation activities

Requirements:

Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programmes
Strong IFS / IFS Cloud transformation experience
Background in business transformation and organisational change
Experience working directly with executive stakeholders
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Experience in multinational, complex business environments
Fluent English

Nice to have:

Finnish language skills
Change leadership and executive advisory experience
