Position Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to optimize maintenance activities and ensure efficient execution of work orders. This role focuses on planning future jobs, coordinating resources, and supporting plant reliability initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Review and process SAP work requests; create detailed job plans for routine and non-routine tasks.
• Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), PMs, BOMs, and job kits.
• Coordinate parts procurement, storeroom inventory, and job order kitting.
• Communicate with departments and maintenance supervisors to align priorities and schedules.
• Audit maintenance tasks and support plant TPM activities.
• Maintain a healthy backlog of work requests and ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Education: Engineering degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in industrial maintenance planning.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SAP, ARIBA, CMMS, and related systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance management principles and long-term facility planning.

Working Conditions

• Based in a manufacturing facility; overtime, weekends, and evenings may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods.
