About the Role:

Every Special Child is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Schlusser, PA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special needs by delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral support every single day.

Responsibilities:

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and skill acquisition during each session
Provide 1:1 direct therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities
Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and increase adaptive behaviors
Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families, and care team members
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
