We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Charter Revenue to join our growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a proven charter sales leader who takes full ownership of revenue performance and team success.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Director of Charter Revenue

Reports to: CEO

Responsibilities and Duties:

Job Duties:

Own the company's total charter revenue numbers, setting targets and tracking performance against goals.
Report revenue results, forecasts, and pipeline activity to the leadership team.
Oversee the company CRM, ensuring accurate data, clear pipeline visibility and consistent use across the sales team.
Drive lead development efforts to build a steady pipeline of qualified charter prospects.
Plan and execute client acquisition campaigns.
Oversee and grow wholesale relationships with brokers and industry partners.
Lead, coach and develop the charter sales team.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in jet charter sales.
Proven experience leading and developing a sales team.
Demonstrated track record of owning and growing revenue targets.
Deep command of the jet charter marketplace.
Thorough understanding of Part 135 Federal Aviation Regulations.
In-depth knowledge of aircraft types and performance.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms and pipeline management.
Established relationships within the wholesale and broker charter community.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
