Outdoor Concierge | Mornings, Evenings & Weekends

The Fitness Desk Attendant will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members and guests, while maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the fitness center.

During the months of May-September, the Fitness Desk Attendant will share responsibilities with Outdoor Concierge. The Outdoor Concierge will check in members and guests going to the outdoor pool and tennis/pickleball courts. The two jobs are similar and therefore, employees will be scheduled for both positions at various days and times.

Students - We offer flexible schedules during the school year!

Essential duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Greeting members and guests
Providing exceptional customer service by assisting members and answering their questions
Checking members into the system
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments and making reservations
Using the Point of Sale (POS) system
Maintaining beverage station and towel station
Maintaining laundry
Assisting in cleaning the fitness center, locker rooms, and equipment

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

Customer service background preferred
Basic computer proficiency
Upbeat and positive attitude
Punctuality and reliability are a must
Able to work as part of a team to accomplish a common goal

Physical Demands

Continual standing, walking, and bending down during shift
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
