Maintenance Technician-The Residences at Carmel City Center

We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive; "can do"  and team player attitude; and with an attention to detail. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; general plumbing; general electrical; pool maintenance; maintenance shop organization; and emergency on call work orders. Excellent communication skills are needed with ability to remain professional under pressure. Ability to work Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM.  Shared on-call responsibility is required. Weekend availability is also required. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. One year of previous apartment maintenance experience is required. HVAC experience is preferred.  HVAC certification is a plus, but not required.
