The purpose of the Republic Leadership Development Program (RLDP) is to cultivate highly skilled, well-rounded professionals who are equipped to meet business needs and priorities.
Program Overview and Benefits: Republic Airways is proud to offer a leadership development program that prepares early career associates for senior and people leadership positions over a two-to-three-year timeline composed of three rotations in various business functions. Resources will be provided to train and mentor associates, hone critical leadership skills and assist in the successful conversion from the RLDP program into a designated role, balancing associate interest and business needs. The rotational program provides the following cornerstones as pillars of development:Â

EDUCATION and/or KEY SKILLSÂ
Successful completion of Republic Internship Program,Bachelor’s Degreewith a Business concentration,or enrolled in a post-graduate programÂ
Minimum 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scaleÂ
Prior Internship or Co-Op Experience in a related fieldÂ
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, prioritizing Excel experienceÂ
Willingness to rotate into various roles and functions across the organizationÂ
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business groupÂ
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and develop strategic solutionsÂ
Problem-solving through data-analysis and cross-functional collaborationÂ
Proficient communication and presentation skillsÂ
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
