Driver/Helper

Job Brief

We are looking for a Driver/Helper who will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of our food products to customers and assigned locations. The role involves coordinating with the warehouse and logistics team, ensuring proper handling of goods, and providing professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely deliver goods and products to assigned locations following scheduled routes.
  

• Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures at all times.
  

• Load, unload, and properly secure products to prevent damage during transport.
  

• Check delivery orders to ensure the correct items, quantities, and addresses.
  

• Coordinate with the Logistics Officer, warehouse team, and other relevant personnel regarding deliveries.
  

• Communicate promptly regarding delays, changes, or delivery concerns.
  

• Check the condition of products before and after delivery and report any discrepancies.
  

• Maintain accurate delivery records, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery-related incidents.
  

• Communicate professionally with customers and address basic delivery-related concerns.
  

• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition.
  

• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
  

• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management.
  

Requirements

• At least High School Graduate.
  

• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver, Truck Driver, or in a similar role.
  

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
  

• Clean driving record is preferred.
  

• Familiarity with GPS and navigation applications.
  

• Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading goods.
  

• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
  

• Good communication and customer service skills.
  

• Willing to work flexible hours, overtime, or shifting schedules, when required.
  

• Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite.
