Sugarloaf Winter Season Base Services Custodian

Sugarloaf Base Services is currently recruiting for seasonal custodians to join our team for the coming winter season. For this role, we are looking for reliable team players with a knowledge of general maintenance and proper cleaning methods, or a desire and willingness to learn on the job.

The ideal candidate for this position would be timely, detail oriented, willing to learn, and have a positive attitude. This position is eligible for shift meals and many other great benefits.

We have several full-time seasonal spots available at this time and will provide on-the-job training. Starting wage is anticipated to be $18-20/hour depending upon experience.

The job entails all types of cleaning/janitorial duties in and around our resort's base lodge. Maintenance duties such as painting and general carpentry are required occasionally. The ability to work outside in all types of weather will be required as well. 

The right fit for this role will:

• be a self-starter
• be willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• be able to lift up to 40+ lbs in order to complete tasks
• have own transportation
