An Assessment Specialist RNĀ who excels in this role:
- Is responsible for supporting the needs of the department with a focus on clinical, operational, and administrative excellence.

What weāre looking forĀ Ā
Applicants should be a graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing or relevant state licensure required. Additional requirements include:
Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis and psychiatric patients preferred.
Experience in psychiatric emergency department, crisis care, patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning an communication with external review organizations or comparable entities.
Current, unencumbered license to practice by the state board of nursing
CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire.
