Job Description/Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Integration Developer to play a critical role in advancing our enterprise technology ecosystem.  Sazerac is a growing company that values the importance of our IT systems to drive our business growth, execution and compliance activities.  This position is at the center of our ERP solution with Oracle,—designing, building, and optimizing integrations that keep our business running efficiently and seamlessly.Â

What You’ll DoÂ
 Lead ERP & EDI Integration ExcellenceÂ
- Design, develop, and support applications critical to ERP and EDI initiatives.Â
- Ensure accurate, secure, and seamless end-to-end transaction flow across ERP and other boundary systems or SaaS solutionsÂ
- Diagnose and resolve interface, performance, and data integrity issues.Â
 Design, Develop & Optimize Enterprise SystemsÂ
- Develop, enhance and provide overall SME leadership for Integration solutionsÂ
- Oversee ERP boundary system integrations to streamline workflows and improve performance.Â
- Apply analytical and problem-solving expertise to reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency especially to integration challengesÂ
- Design solutions with an architectural mindset of common patterns, re-use and scalabilityÂ
 Support Business Growth Through TechnologyÂ
- Lead ERP integration efforts for newly acquired entities into the Oracle ERP ecosystem.Â
- Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new distributors into established EDI processes.Â
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver high-impact development initiatives that reduce cost and improve efficiency.Â
 Leverage Infor & Enterprise ToolsÂ
- Work with Infor products including Workflow, Workspace, and IDF to enhance operations.Â
- Ensure rigorous testing, documentation, peer review, and adherence to change management processes.Â
 Maintain Security & Performance StandardsÂ
- Champion a secure-by-design development approach.Â
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and performance benchmarks.Â
Qualifications/Requirements
Required QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fieldÂ
- Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experienceÂ
- At least 5 years of experience developing Integration solutions – both transactional and master data solutions with Integration Toolsets (EAI / ETL type solutions)Â
- Strongly prefer 2 years+ experience with Oracle’s OIC integration suite.Â
- Integration skills with Informatica/ETL are a plusÂ
- Proven experience integrating multiple tools and systems to deliver business solutionsÂ
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate across all organizational levelsÂ
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends) as neededÂ
- Proficient with integration challenges related to API development, service development, SaaS / Cloud integrations, common security paradigms, Error Handling, Scalability and Performance and various integration patterns across synchronous and asynchronous capabilities.Â
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EDIÂ
- Experience with EDI solutionsÂ
- Strong business process understanding, especially in the CPG industryÂ
