Prime Packouts of Dallas is hiring dependable, motivated Contents Technicians to join our growing restoration team. We help homeowners recover after fire, water, and mold damage by carefully packing, transporting, and restoring their belongings with professionalism and care. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, notices details others miss, and wants an opportunity to grow into leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Pack, wrap, label, and inventory homeowner contents 
• Safely disassemble/reassemble furniture using hand and power tools 
• Load and unload box trucks efficiently and carefully 
• Document inventory, labor hours, and damages using digital tools 
• Provide professional, customer-focused service on every job 

What We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented and dependable 
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in fast-paced environments 
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record 
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools 
• Strong work ethic, communication skills, and leadership potential 

Position Details

• Full-Time 
• Based in Carrollton, TX with field work throughout DFW 
• Overtime and weekends as needed 
• Must pass background check and drug screening
