Test Engineer I

• Train production personnel on test processes and equipment.

• Troubleshoot test, product, and system issues and perform root-cause analysis.

• Develop and maintain test scripts, diagnostic programs, and automation tools using Python.

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot complex server and system-level hardware.

• Utilize Linux systems for software installation, test execution, log analysis, and system diagnostics.

• Assist in developing test plans, integration strategies, and validation procedures.

• Maintain test fixtures, adapters, and related test equipment.

• Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing. maintaining test procedures and specifications.

• Install hardware, perform rack integration, cable routing, and system configuration.

• Analyze test data, improve yields, and support continuous process improvements.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing ops, Quality teams to resolve technical issues.
   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing test systems, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

• Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation and diagnostics.

• Experience working in Linux environments, including command-line operations and shell scripting.

• Knowledge of server hardware, system integration, and networking fundamentals.

• Ability to read schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PCBA high-volume manufacturing or production test environments would be plus.

• Familiarity with SQL databases, Git, and automated test equipment (ATE).

• Knowledge of networking protocols and server rack integration.

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 0-2 years of experience

Salary: $70,000-$82,400K
