Seasonal Full and Part Time Positions Available! The Player Services Staff will assist the Head Golf Professional in creating and maintaining an exceptional member experience along with a positive work environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will have prior private club experience that will enable him or her to successfully operate in a fast-paced, high-intensity atmosphere while providing excellent customer service to all members and their guests. The Player Services Staff are responsible for providing the highest level of professionalism and customer service for our Members/Guests by conducting the Golf Operations outside services efficiently. Starting wage is $18 an hour plus tips! Essential Job Functions: Provide exceptional service with enthusiasm and a smile. Manage the golf cart fleet. Upkeep of on-course amenities. Handling and cleaning all players' golf clubs. Monitoring and maintaining the practice facility. Qualifications Knowledge of and/or ability to play the game of golf and understand how job performance affects the playing conditions of the golf course. Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record. Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards Work in a team setting, fast paced environment. Achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction. Work effectively without constant direct supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Committed to working rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
