Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new software tools. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Qualifications Experience: Prior warehouse or material handling experience is preferred. Experience with basic inventory systems and kitting processes is a plus. Preference given to candidates with the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods. Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions, including hot or cold environments. Skills and Qualifications High school education or equivalent experience. Ability to read job travelers and check significant components. Ability to operate essential hand tools (i.e., hammer, screwdriver, pliers, drill, etc.). Attention to detail. Good communication skills at all levels. Ability to identify parts and build from prints provided. Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Ability to read a tape measure and use the decimal system.   Willing to perform repetitive tasks while remaining stationary for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.   Work Environment This job operates in a professional manufacturing plant environment. You may be exposed to loud noises or fumes in the plant facility. Proper PPE is provided if required and must be utilized. If it is not needed, the right PPE gear is available should you want to use it.   Physical Demands An employee must meet the physical demands described here to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. The employee is occasionally required to remain stationary for extended periods; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
