Respiratory Therapist, Registered

We are hiring a Respiratory Therapist to provide assessment, treatment, and management of patients of all ages with respiratory illnesses and other cardiopulmonary disorders. In this role, you will deliver respiratory care across a variety of clinical settings, educate patients and families, and support quality patient outcomes through evidence-based care and accurate documentation.

What you'll do

• Assess, treat, and manage patients with respiratory illnesses and cardiopulmonary conditions across various care settings.
• Perform respiratory care procedures and evaluate treatment effectiveness to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement care plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and ongoing care requirements.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in the electronic medical record in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.

Who you are

• Licensed respiratory care professional with experience caring for patients across multiple age groups.
• Skilled in patient assessment, respiratory therapy procedures, care planning, and patient education.
• Committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in documenting clinical information accurately and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.
• Holds required certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) for adult care and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) for neonatal/pediatric care, as applicable.
