Dans le cadre d’une nouvelle mission dans le secteur bancaire, nous recherchons un Chef de Projet AMOA / Consultant Senior disposant d’une solide expérience dans le pilotage de projets digitaux, avec une bonne connaissance des métiers du crédit / financement.

Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets digitaux dans un environnement bancaire ou financier
Bonne connaissance des parcours Crédit / Lending : demande de crédit, instruction, décision, contractualisation, déblocage…
Capacité à assurer l’interface entre les équipes Métiers et IT et à traduire les besoins métier en solutions fonctionnelles
Maîtrise du recueil et de l’analyse des besoins, de l’animation d’ateliers et du cadrage fonctionnel
Excellente capacité à rédiger des expressions de besoins, spécifications fonctionnelles, user stories et critères d’acceptation
Bonne compréhension des environnements SI : API, flux, interfaces, intégration et échanges inter-applicatifs
Expérience en recette fonctionnelle / UAT, suivi des anomalies et accompagnement jusqu’à la mise en production
Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile / Scrum et capacité à travailler avec des équipes techniques
Autonomie, excellent relationnel et capacité à coordonner des interlocuteurs Métiers, IT et partenaires
