RECRUTEMENT – CONSEILLÈRE DE VENTE SHOWROOM PREMIUM | Casablanca

Dans le cadre du lancement d'un nouveau showroom d'ameublement à Casablanca, nous recrutons une Conseillère de Vente pour accompagner le développement de deux univers lifestyle premium : mobilier outdoor, décoration et cuisines extérieures.

Votre mission :

Offrir une expérience client haut de gamme et accompagner les clients dans leurs projets d’aménagement extérieur.

Vos principales responsabilités :

Accueil et conseil client personnalisé

Développement des ventes showroom

Création et suivi des devis

Relance et suivi des prospects

Fidélisation et satisfaction client

Participation à la mise en valeur du showroom

Package attractif :

● Fixe : environ 7 000 MAD net

● Prime : environ 1 000 MAD

● Variable : jusqu’à 3 000 MAD ou plus

Profil

Profil recherché :

Expérience en vente showroom / retail / décoration / ameublement
Excellent relationnel et sens du service
Présentation soignée et communication fluide
Capacité de conseil, projection et closing
Organisation et rigueur dans le suivi client
Français courant indispensable
