Qualifications for an Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in gutter installation or related field.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with strong team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of gutter installation techniques, materials, and equipment.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Ability to Pass a Background Check
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

What this position looks like for you:

Plan and execute daily work schedules, including assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Conduct on-site inspections to assess project requirements, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including materials used, labor hours, and any deviations from the original plan.
Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the installation process.
Provide regular updates to management on project status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
