Physical Therapist Assistant | Jacksonville, MD (Phoenix) | Full-Time or Part-Time

Peake is a clinician-owned outpatient practice with five locations in the Baltimore area. Our PTAs are movement specialists and patient experience leaders, not an afterthought. We are looking for a PTA to join our Jacksonville clinic.
About the role
- Deliver treatment, coach exercise, and progress patients under PT direction
- Build trust with patients across a mostly orthopedic and post-op caseload
- Communicate clearly with the treating PT about load tolerance, symptom changes, and readiness to progress
- Full-time (36+ hours) or part-time, with scheduling flexibility
- Every new hire is paired with a mentor and gets a structured first 90 days. No sink or swim.
Pay:Â $30 to $40 per hour

About you
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active (or pending) Maryland PTA license
- Strong exercise coaching and cueing skills
- Warm with patients and easy to work with
- New grads are welcome
