Overview

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Client Manager to join our team. This role is all about building strong relationships, managing client accounts, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where your contributions truly matter.

How you'll make an impact

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring retention and growth.
Build and strengthen relationships with senior buyers and day-to-day client representatives.
Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage levels.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client risk and capital management needs.
Provide guidance and support to administrative and customer service teams.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience

High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
License required.
Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Preferred:

Experience in account management or client services.

Behaviors:

A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
