How You’ll Succeed

Client Representation & Sales

• Guide residential and commercial clients through every stage of the real estate transaction

• Conduct listing appointments, buyer consultations, property showings, and open houses

• Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements, contracts and other transaction documents 

Growing Your Book of Business 

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and referral partners

• Grow your pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company-provided leads

• Leverage relationships across the PRK family of companies to help drive referrals and expand your network

• Utilize brokerage technology and resources to strengthen your business

Brokerage Support & Resources 

• Work directly with brokerage leadership for guidance, support, and problem-solving

• Utilize administrative support to streamline transactions and improve client service

• Collaborate with industry professionals including lenders, inspectors, and title partners

• Leverage resources across the PRK family of companies

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Iowa real estate professional with residential and/or commercial real estate sales experience 

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive to grow their business

• Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences

• Ability to work independently while leveraging brokerage resources and support
