Job DetailsJob Location: Med Quarter - Cedar Rapids, IA 52403Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeSalary Range: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00Job Shift: DayPosition Summary: The Program Supervisor provides day-to-day supervision, guidance, and operational support for assigned staff and services. This role is responsible for supporting consistent, high-quality service delivery, staff performance, and implementation of established program practices in alignment with organizational mission, values, regulatory requirements, and program expectations. The Program Supervisor works closely with the Program Manager and other leaders to address operational needs, support team development, monitor performance, and promote positive outcomes for clients, families, and staff. Examples of Essential Functions: Ensure staff practices, behavior, and service delivery align with organizational values, ethical standards, and culture expectations Provide direct administrative and/or clinical supervision to assigned staff, as applicable to program needs, professional licensure, and regulatory requirements Coordinate and monitor daily program workflow, staffing, scheduling, caseloads, coverage, or other operational   activities as applicable to assigned services Implement established program practices, procedures, service models, and operational expectations Ensure services are delivered according to established philosophy of care, evidence-based practices, program models, and organizational standards Ensure assigned staff follow applicable regulatory, accreditation, licensing, payer, contractual, and insurance requirements related to documentation and service delivery Support compliance with safety, health, risk management, and emergency preparedness requirements applicable to assigned services Participate in incident reviews, quality assurance activities, corrective actions, and other follow-up processes as assigned QualificationsAcceptable Experience/Training/ Education: Bachelors degree in Human Services or a related field Minimum of three years of experience in human services, behavioral health, or a related field Demonstrated experience and examples of offering leadership skills to teams, colleague and organization Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work Required Special Qualifications: Must possess a valid Drivers License and meet the driving requirements of the Agency
