Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and happy Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be leading or assisting a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.

Responsibilities

Create or follow a comprehensive curriculum
Teach beginning motor skills
Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
Communicate with parents and other school personnel
Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

Qualifications

Must pass a background check
Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
Excellent verbal communication skills
Understand classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
Problem-solving and mediation skills
