Position Overview Tanager's Bright Foundations Therapeutic Child Assistant (TCC) is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and flexible part time team member to support children in a therapeutic classroom environment. TCC team members provide direct care, supervision, and support to children enrolled in the Therapeutic Child  Care program. this position assists classroom staff in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The Childcare Assistant applies Tanager's philosophy, values, and RISE  Framework in daily interactions with children, families, and team members while supporting classroom routines and activities.
