Job Details: Job Location: Celina Branch - Celina, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Banking, Responsible for ensuring that branch performance meets or exceeds all DATCU goals and objectives. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the integrity of member service, member satisfaction, business development, staff development, and operational integrity.The Branch Manager is the civic / public relations liaison for the community served by the branch. As such, they are expected to represent DATCU through personal involvement in community, civic, and business partner activities to foster DATCU’s presence and image within the community. May travel to a variety of branches and serve in the Contact Center as needed. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. Qualifications: Required Knowledge:Thorough knowledge of Credit Union services and products.Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.Familiarity with Branch functions, policies, and procedures. Experience Required:Two to five years of related operations experience preferred, with a minimum of two years supervisory experience. Skills/Abilities:Excellent communication skills and willingness to assist others.Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.Well organized with attention to detail. Ability to maintain an effective and efficient workflow.Exceptional Member Service and marketing skills.Strong math and typing skills.
