Material Coordinator II Union

Aftera minimum of 2 years employment with Stolle employee is capable of performingall required job duties in a specific area accurately in Level 1 withoutadditional training or supervision and is capable of training new hires.

Willingand able to attend seminars and/or classes on Inventory and personal and  interpersonal development skills as requiredby the individual or company needs.

Abilityto compile data and statistics and accurately deduce root causes of discrepancies,errors etc and recommend corrective actions.

OR

AreaLeads/Star Points will automatically become a Level 2.  An area Lead/Star should not only know thejob duties of one area and the ability to train new employees, but also ensuresall required duties are performed in line with company expectations andtimelines.
