SR Project Manager

Role Overview Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor in Centennial, CO, to lead significant commercial construction projects from turnover through closeout independently.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain full project ownership, including financials, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
  

• Manage master schedules, milestones, and recovery planning.
  

• Oversee subcontractors, contracts, buyout, change orders, and pay applications.
  

• Cultivate relationships with owners, architects, and field teams.
  

• Mentor junior staff (APMs, Superintendents) with room to grow into broader operational leadership.
  

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in commercial construction with a General Contractor, and at least 5 years specifically as a Senior PM (minimum 6 years overall Construction PM experience required).
  

• Skills: Strong financial and schedule management, contract expertise, and the ability to hold project teams accountable. Must have experience as the primary PM for a General Contractor, not a specialty-trade role.
