Provides a safe and clean working environment, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. Trains, evaluates, and motivates supervisors for continued success and growth. Reviews order and production schedules, and directs operations through subordinate supervisors. Ensures that shipping goals, cost objectives, quality, and safety standards are met. Follows progress of production, anticipates or investigates major causes of delays, and ensures that corrective action is taken. Increases the use of preventative and predictive maintenance for tools and machines. Maintains a continuous review of schedules, methods, standards or other production factors, and makes recommendations and implements changes to improve quality and reduce costs.
