Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional Saturday morning rotation of 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join the Keystone Pediatrics Team!

Keystone Health is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join the dedicated team at Keystone Pediatrics. As part of a growing Community Health Center, you'll play an important role in supporting our mission to improve the health and well-being of the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient phone calls and communications
Request and obtain medical records for new patients
Coordinate and track referrals
Monitor laboratory results and diagnosis follow-up
Process and track medication prior authorizations
Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Assist with patient care and support fellow nursing staff as needed
Float to other clinical areas to support operations when necessary

A strong team player with excellent communication skills
Committed to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service

Previous office nursing experience and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems are preferred.

Spanish-speaking skills are a plus and highly valued.

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
Current CPR/BLS certification
