Full-Time | No Weekends | No Holidays

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Keystone Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Office Staff member to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for our patients and families while supporting the daily operations of our practice.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting patients and families
Scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance coverage and benefits
Updating patient demographics and records
Collecting copayments and outstanding balances
Answering and directing telephone calls
Checking patients in and out efficiently
Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Previous medical or dental office experience preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
